Strategic partnership between Turkish and Uzbek universities
Professor Kosimov Ali Askarxon Aslamxon o'g'li, a leading expert in international cooperation from Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University (Turkey), visited Bukhara International University.
The guest familiarized himself with the modern facilities at our university and delivered a special lecture on "Psychology of Religion" for master's students majoring in Psychology.

Plans include developing joint master's programs between the two universities, organizing international conferences, and publishing academic journals.
Several international connections were made during this visit.
For example, agreements were signed for professional development of BUKHARA INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY faculty at Russian universities, student exchange under the international credit-module system, and joint programs.

In 2024, a prestigious international conference was held at Samarkand State University.
This conference featured presentations by psychology scholars from over 40 countries.
The presentations covered recent scientific advancements, experiences, journals, and books in psychology.
Uzbek psychologists also participated in the conference. The main goal was to promote the development of psychology in Uzbekistan and train qualified specialists for society. Several international memorandums were signed.
At this conference, qualified specialists working in the Republic of Uzbekistan, professors with academic degrees (DSc, PhD) presented reports on the latest scientific advancements, proposals, and pressing topics in the field of psychology.
Foreign scholars also delivered speeches, sharing their suggestions on the contributions of Uzbek psychologists to the development of psychological sciences and issues of ongoing cooperation with international universities.
